Served me well
I bought this in store. It took a few minutes to figure out what I was doing. After that, I was able to do 80 necklaces without an issue. It would nice if it had directions to make it easier to figure out, but I'm a complete novice. I have more to make so I'm glad mine didn't break like the other reviewer.

Poor Quality
Purchased on 2/24/2018 used it the next day for opening approximately 20 split rings and the tip broke off without warning. I will return it today.
