Yeah, so this product has been in my beading repertoire for about two months now, and I have to say that yes, it aids in making crimps more uniform and "pretty", but the screw on mine has come apart too. Maybe Beadalon should rethink this product a little.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor quality and value. Even though I bought it on sale it is still very poor value. The screw in the center became loose after very little use and when i tightened it, it becomes loose again after a few uses. Buy a stronger more expensive tool even if you are a beginner.
