DIRECTIONS:
- Trim a piece of purple cardstock to 5 1/2" x 8 1/2". Fold in half to create card base. Set aside.
- On a 4 1/4" x 5.5" piece of white cardstock stamp the five rainbow arches using red, orange, yellow, green and blue inks. A stamping tool, like the WRMK Precision Press, is very helpful with lining up the images, but you can also use an acrylic block. Then stamp the cloud with teal ink.
- Stamp the two messages on the rainbow arches using black ink.
- Trim out the rainbow and cloud with scissors.
- Trim a piece of white cardstock to 4" x 5 1/4". Temporarily place the rainbow where you want it to get the placement of the sun image.
- Stamp the sun with yellow ink on the white cardstock panel.
- Use a black journaling pen to draw dash lines around the edge of the white panel.
- Adhere the rainbow and cloud with foam adhesive.
- Adhere panel to purple card base with liquid adhesive.
- Apply dots of glitter glue with the Sparkle Clear Lacquer Pen on the cloud. Allow to dry.
JOANN HACKS:
- To get the best alignment on the rainbow, start with stamping the smallest arch (the blue one) first and work your way out.
- Get creative with your rainbow colors, try a pastel rainbow for a pretty spring card.
