It’s maybe my skill level but I’m having difficulty keeping my stitches consistent sizing and tension and the yarn is too fluffy for me to see stitches well

Like the yarn but disappointed with the store
I ordered online and picked up in the store but they gave me the wrong yarn. I ordered three of this type and they gave me one of this type and then two of the Bernat extra. I also selected to do curbside pick up but no one came out after I tried all three avenues to tell them I am there. They were swamped when I went in and definitely need more in-store help.

Just what I needed for my project.
Just what I wanted. I needed to get some soft and thick yarn for a project and found this on the Joann website. It was on sale so the price was right. The yarn was exactly what I needed in the color I needed. Pick up was easy and fast. The only thing I didn't like was that the parking lot at this Joann is very poorly lit and can be hard to get in.

Order kept getting canceled.
My order kept getting canceled and they never told me the exact reason. I used 3 different credit cards and Paypal. They said to email but then the email says to call which is a useless circular waste of time! Joann's prices are not competitive compared to other merchants but they do have the inventory which is why I tried multiple times. This experience will make me wary of trying Joann again.

I purchased 8 skeins with the same lot number, but when knitting afghan two of the balls were lighter than the rest.... very disappointed.... skeins also had a lot of knots... will not use twisted yarn again

Great yarn, but wish it stayed the same thickness all the way through.
I love this yarn, but I took off one start because as you get into the roll the yarn is thinner. The outside is thick like a 6 gauge should be, but on the inside it thins down to almost a 5 gauge.
