1st row: (WS). Ch 2. 1 dcfp around each of next 3 sts. *1 dcbp around each of next 3 sts. 1 dcfp around each of next 3 sts. Rep from * to last st. 1 hdc in last st. Turn.
2nd row: Ch 2. 1 dcbp around each of next 3 sts. *1 dcfp around each of next 3 sts. 1 dcbp around each of next 3 sts. Rep from * to last st. 1 hdc in last st. Turn.
3rd row: As 2nd row.
4th row: As 1st row.
5th row: As 1st row.
6th row: As 2nd row.
7th row: Ch 2. 1 dcbp around each of next 3 sts. 1 dcfp around each of next 3 sts. 1 dcbp around each of next 3 sts. 1 hdc in each st to last 10 sts. 1 dcbp around each of next 3 sts. 1 dcfp around each of next 3 sts. 1 dcbp around each of next 3 sts. 1 hdc in last st. Turn.

Top Crochet Fringe:
With RS facing, join yarn with sl st to rst st of last row of Blanket.
Next row: (RS). Ch 11. Sl st in 2nd ch from hook. Sl st in each ch to end of chain. Skip rst st. *Sl st in each of next 2 sts. Ch 11. Sl st in 2nd ch from hook. Sl st in each ch to end of chain. Rep from * to end of row. Sl st in same st at base of last ch. Fasten off.
Bottom Crochet Fringe:
With RS facing, join yarn with sl st to rst ch at bottom edge of Blanket. Working across opposite side of foundation ch, work as given for Top Crochet Fringe.
