Have you jumped on the bullet journaling bandwagon yet? I saw a photo of one last summer and have been head over heels about the idea ever since. The concept is part journal, part calendar and just a whole lot of fun. Hi, I’m Victoria from A Subtle Revelry, here to show you how to make a bullet journal!
From brainstorming summer vacation plans to noting what you loved about a book, to keeping your calendar looking fun and fresh… the idea of a bullet journal is that you’ll have everything in one space to flip through and look back on whenever you need inspiration.
Jo-Ann has a great new selection of bullet journaling materials. Here are a couple of the items we chose for our summer journal.
• Bullet journal book
• Journal cards
• Extra paper
• Pretty pens
• Memory planner inserts
• Paper clips
Start with the easiest spread the calendar and go from there. You can arrange in photos, papers, and stickers into a bunch of different formations.
I love mixing fun stickers with the more serious journal pages to create a book that is not just a planner but also a keepsake of my year.
Use binder clips to connect important pages and even add extra journal pages, as you need them!
Starting a bullet journal is a great project for getting ready for summer.
