Used For: Used with thin or lightweight fabrics to stiffen, reinforce and provide shape retention on garments, costumes, accessories and crafts.

Special Benefits: Two main types of interfacing include fusible (which is applied with heat) and sew-in. They can be knit or woven, and come in a variety of weights to reinforce different kinds of base fabric.

The Bosal Craf-Tex Oval Placemat Craft Pack consists of double-sided fusible pieces. It is easy to turn these pieces into placemats. Just add your favorite fabric to both sides, fuse and sew the edges. This pack contains four 16.5 x 13.25-inch oval fusible pieces. The pieces are machine washable.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from packaging problem I just received these oval placemat forms. I therefore cannot speak to the quality of the item but I was very unimpressed with the condition of the placemats when I opened the box. They were shipped in a box too small for the item so the shipper just folded up the end of the placemat and left them creased and no longer flat. I'm hoping that I can make them work for my project. I will say that I received this shipment very quickly...that's the reason for the one star.
