SUPPLIES & TOOLS:
- 1 Brass Container
- Floral tape
- Floral foam, 2 bricks
- Knife to cut foam
- Wire cutters
- 1 Dahlia stem-Mustard
- 1 Cabbage Rose stem-Mustard
- 1 Daisy stem-Yellow
- 1 Lily spray stem-Orange
- 2 Carnation spray stems-Peach
- 1 mini Rose spray-Orange
- 1 mini Rose spray-Pink
- 3 small White Blossom spray stems
- 1 Dandelion fern stem
- 2 Dusty Boxwood Branches
- 1 Olive Branch
- 1 Eucalyptus spray stem
DIRECTIONS:
- Place two bricks of the floral foam on top of the brass container. Press down on the foam hard enough to form indentations on underside of the foam. Cut the floral foam along the indentations. Place any scraps on the bottom of the container. Insert the cut foam pieces into the container. The foam should have a tight fit and not move inside the container.
- Begin by adding the larger floral blooms first. Trim stems to desired length and insert them into the foam. Add the larger blooms all around the arrangement.
- Include smaller blooms throughout the arrangement for horizontal length. Cut these smaller blooms in clusters and add to the arrangement.
- When floral is complete, add greenery for length and dimension throughout the arrangement. Cut the greenery into clusters and insert. Fill in any bare spots with greenery.
JOANN HACKS:
- If stems are too short to include into the arrangement, add length to the stem using the left over pieces of stem. Tape the two pieces together using floral tape and insert into the arrangement.
