It was extremely simple to assemble with thorough instructions. The gooseneck is flexible with light positioning and the base is heavy and extremely sturdy and stable. I’m 60 years old and good lighting is important for my eyes to function properly without tiring, especially with sewing tasks. I don’t want to fail to mention this lamp is also dimmable, if needed. Point being, whatever you’re doing, if you need great lighting, this lamp is it!
