It's Great...But....

Disappointing screen
Labeler does not have a backlit screen and is very hard to see. A minor adjustment is recommended in the Menu, but does virtually nothing. Very disappointing because it seems like it would be very convenient. Live chat has confirmed this observation.

I purchased this to replace my old Brother label maker that finally stopped working after over 10 years. I like it thus far, it does what it says it does. The ribbon tape is such a cute option. I like the different fonts too.
