Customer service SUVK
Customer service sucks. I placed an order online at around 3am. I received the email confirming my order. I looked back on line and the product was no longer available. And I checked the website for the manufacturer, and they were also out. So I called customer service and explained I had a deadline, and needed a sewing machine ASAP. He read his script and said he could not cancel Mt b order. I asked why he said it wasn't their policy. I explained that Machine is no longer available. He read his script again. I asked if he can give me store credit so I could still give them my business, but with another Machine. He read the script again. I asked what he could do to make me a satisfied customer,his response " nothing ma'am. U mentioned to him ,that their recording states Joannes is not happy until their customer is happy " and I said I NIT HAPPY " His response,sorry ma'am I can't cancel your order. I am sooo upset,it hadn't even been 12 hrs that I had placed the order. They just want the customer to pay the restocking fee of $25. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am calling corporate office on Tue.

Overall good machine
Overall the machine worked good. Less than a year and I had to have it serviced cause the needle was hitting the bottom bobbin thing that turns and the E1 sign wouldn’t go away. I also use my ma hone almost daily.

Perfect for a newbie
Great starter sewing machine. I didn't know much about sewing before starting this hobby other than a sewing class in high school. I have put together about three blankets with plans to start some more. Also a few stuffed turtle projects for my kids. I recommend this sewing machine to others.

I Miss My Brother XS 2080 Got Damaged In The Flood
I Had Just Saved & Got My 1st Brother XS 2080 To Start My Lil Business & Then The Flooding Came Destroyed Everything Then Was Homeless Got An Apartment & I Was Devastated To See My Machine Knowing It Couldnt Be Saved It Was Just To Nasty ( tissue & poop ) No To Post Sad
I Cant Even Afford Another 1 Ive Just Been Doing It By Hand Lately I Really Want Another 1 Or An Embroidery Machine Can Somebody Please Donate Or Help Me Out
