SUPPLIES & TOOLS:
- Fabric Remnants or Fat Quarters, 5" x 11" and 5" x 8"
- 1/2 yd Burlap
- Twine/String
- 2 yds Fusible Webbing
- Pencil
- Long Yarn Needle
- Matching Thread
- Basic Sewing Supplies
- Glue (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
- To print the patterns, click on the "Download Project PDF" button (above).
- Cut out patterns for fabric pennants.
- Draw pennant pattern onto paper side of webbing.
- Follow manufacturer's directions and fuse webbing to WS of fabric.
- Cut out pennant.
- Cut out a piece of burlap larger than the fabric.
- Fuse fabric to burlap.
- Cut burlap 1/4" larger than pennant.
- Fold under 1" at top and sew, fuse or glue edge.
- Use a long yarn needle to thread twine or string through the top of pennants.
