SUPPLIES & TOOLS:
- 18" Burlap wreath
- 2 20" Eucalyptus bush grey
- 3 33" Eucalyptus spray dark green
- 6' Eucalyptus leaf garland
- Greens stem
- Seeded Eucalyptus dusty grey
- 2 Red berry stems
- White heather stem
- Wire cutter
- Hot glue gun and sticks
DIRECTIONS:
- Separate and remove Eucalyptus stems from the bush. Insert throughout the burlap and straw wreath
- Separate & trim stems from Eucalyptus garland. Insert stems into the wreath on the interior and sporadically throughout the Eucalyptus bush that is already on the wreath.
- Cut Eucalyptus spray into small clusters and place on the wreath. Use the hot glue gun to attach.
- Trim the greens into small bunches and insert throughout the wreath. Use the hot glue gun to attach these to the burlap.
- Separate the dusty seeded Eucalyptus into its natural clusters. Cut the clusters off the main stem and insert them throughout the wreath.
- Separate and remove the white Heather individually from the main stem. Insert or attach the Heather throughout the wreath.
- Separate and remove the red berries from the main stem. Remove some of the larger berries from the bottom of the cluster to make them a bit smaller and not as long. Insert those throughout the wreath.
- Fill in around the wreath with any leftover greens to make it full and lush. Be sure to fill in any bare spots as well. Add a wire loop to the top of the wreath in order to hang it.
Craft Hack Tips and Tricks:
- The Eucalyptus sray stems do not have a strong enough stem to insert directly into the wreath like the others. Use the hot glue gun to attach these to the burlap wreath.
- If the greenery stems are sturdy enough, they can be inserted into the burlap and straw to secure. If the stems are too short or not strong enough, use hot glue to secure to the wreath.
