Rotary Blade
The rotary blade but great on the thinner felt. The thicker felt is harder to cut. I figure there is a place somewhere that I could set it to cut it twice. The only thing is the one type of felt needs the rotary blade. I am not sure what else uses it but then I have not researched it. But it is wonderful for making the felt flowers.

Rotary Blade Housing for Maker 3 - game changer
I recently purchased the rotary blade with drive housing for my Maker 3 and I am so glad I did. I used to quilt before I got into the Cricut universe a couple of
years ago and my sewing fell to the wayside. I started seeing sewing projects in design space and I decided I needed to give it a try and I am so happy I did. The fabric cuts perfectly making the block pieces more accurate for piecing. After this purchase I am now enjoying my cricut even more.
