Felt Mermaid Crown

SUPPLIES & TOOLS:

• Felt squares in white, tan, ivory, pink, lt. blue & peach
• ½" Satin-covered headband
• Scissors
• Dimensional paint in white, pink, tan & blue
• Fabri-Tac clear glue

DIRECTIONS:

1. Using patterns, cut crown from felt on fold.
2. Trace and cut shells.
3. Embellish shells with dimensional paint. Let dry.
4. Fold felt crown piece around headband and glue in place.
5. Add white felt crown piece to front of crown and embellish with paint. Let dry.
6. Glue shell shapes onto crown.
7. Let dry completely.
