This Hardbound art book contains the same high-quality paper used in Strathmore fine art pads. The lightly-textured matte covers are a dark brown, with durable Smyth-sewn binding that allows pages to lay flat. The 400 Series Toned Sketch Art Book features medium-surface sketch paper that is great for light and dark media, graphite, chalk, charcoal, sketching stick, marker, china marker, colored pencil, pen and white gel pen. The paper contains 30% post-consumer fiber and is 100% recycled.
