Candy Clusters

SUPPLIES & TOOLS:

  • 2 packages Wilton® White, Light or Dark Cocoa Candy Melts® candy
  • 2 cups chopped or whole nuts (peanuts, almonds, pecans, walnuts, hazelnuts)
  • 1 1/2 cups crispy rice cereal
  • 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 1/3 cups (two 1 1/4 oz packages) chopped assorted freeze-dried fruit, divided (strawberries, blueberries, peaches, raspberries)
  • 3 Tbsp assorted Wilton sprinkles
  • 2 cookie sheets
  • Parchment paper
  • Bowl
  • Spatula

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Prepare 2 cookie pans with parchment paper.
  2. Melt Candy Melts candy according to package directions.
  3. Stir in nuts, cereal, marshmallows and 1 cup chopped dried fruit, mixing until completely coated in candy. Drop by heaping Tbsp.
  4. Mix remaining dried fruit and Wilton sprinkles in a small bowl, sprinkle over clusters.
  5. Refrigerate until firm.
