Great Buy
I've bought a few of these over the last year and they're my go to sketchbook. I put them through the ringer and they hold up pretty great to watercolor and inks. The paper does crinkle when you get heavy with wet materials but it's a fantastic buy for the price! I usually freak out about messing up more expensive sketchbooks so this Canson one is fantastic for experimenting and going as wild as you want without the guilt of ruining one that cost a lot.

Excellent sketchbook!
This is an amazing sketchbook, it's a great size with canvas-like paper feel. It's perfect for sketching, inking, and coloring with colored pencils or markers.

Great for Art Journaling!
Just bought 4 of these books; first bought 2 and then bought 2 more because I loved them so much. At first, I was concerned about the thickness of the paper, I was not sure it would withstand the everything I would throw at it (gesso, acrilic paint, water, etc.) but I was pleasantly surprised, the paper held up very well. It dried smooth and retained its flexibility (I was used to the rigidity of watercolor paper, which almost seems like it would crack after several layers of gesso and paint.) Although the first page curled excesively when I applied the first coat of gesso, I found that this goes away as you continue adding layers or work on the other side of the page. This is my new favority book to art journal.
