Trust us, this isn’t just busy-work. You’ll work on projects that are tied to the JOANN strategy and could have a direct impact on our business. You’ll be set up for success with opportunities to attend business meetings, receive real-time feedback, have performance reviews and showcase your work in front of our leadership team.
