2nd row: Ch 3. 1 dc in each dc to end of row. Turn.
3rd row: Ch 3. 1 dc in each of next 3 dc. *(Trfp. Trbp) 8 times. Trfp. 1 dc in each of next 17 dc. Rep from * to last 4 dc. 1 dc in each of last 4 dc. Turn.
