The Magnishine directs light right where I need it and the magnification naturally makes me see where I need to go soooo much easier. My only complaint is when it is resting on my chest as I am doing my needlework it doesn't take much for it to lose its balance and tumble across my chest. I wish there was a stabilizer attachment.
