- 14""x20" Cooling Grid
- Roll-N-Cut Mat
- 9" Fondant Roller: pink guide rings
- 10 oz Decorator Preferred Black Fondant
- Decorator Brush Set
- Piping Gel
- 1 oz White Candy Melts Candy
- 12" Disposable Decorating Bags
- Parchment paper
- 10"x14" Cake Board (sold in stores)
- Candy sticks
- Mini Heart Icing Decorations
- Favorite roll-out cookie recipe
- Food-safe scissors
- Ruler
- Tape
- Make cookies one day in advance. Prepare & roll out dough following recipe directions. Use cutters to cut shapes. Bake & cool cookies.
- Cover cookies with fondant one day in advance. Use 9" fondant roller with pink guide rings to roll out black fondant 1?16" thick. Use cutters to cut shapes to match cookie shapes. Attach fondant shapes to cookies with brush & piping gel. Allow to dry 24 hours.
- Decorate cookies. Melt white Melts candy according to package directions. Fill a disposable decorating bag with melted candy, cut ." off tip of bag. Pipe 20 lines of candy, 2" long, on parchment paper-covered cake board. Allow to chill, 10 to 15 minutes. Use candy sticks to write messages & make designs on cookies. Attach icing decorations on cookies with dots of piping gel.
