SUPPLIES & TOOLS:

• Plastic spoons (4)
• Assorted rolls of duct tape
• Scissors as needed
• Plastic Easter eggs (2)
• Small bag of plastic beads

DIRECTIONS:

1. Open up the Easter eggs and insert about 15 plastic beads, then close the egg.
2. Place the egg between two plastic spoons while keeping the handles together.
3. Use one 2" piece of tape and wrap around the base of the handles to keep the egg in place between the spoons.
4. Select a base color of duct tape and apply it to the side of the egg and spoon. Wrap it around the egg and spoon while also holding the egg in place. After going around the shaker part at least once complete revolution, tear off the duct tape.
5. Tear a 6" piece in half so that it is 6"x1". Attach this piece at the top of the shaker and wrap vertically, (top to bottom and around).
6. Now that the egg is securely in place, continue to slowly cover the shaker with duct tape to completely hide the egg.
7. Using other colors cut out pieces and stick on the base color, creating geometric patterns or designs of your choice to complete the cheer shaker.
8. Make a complementary shaker with the other egg and spoons.
