Terribly cheap and damaged
I did a curbside pick up for this item, and when I received it, it was broken it was chipped & it was dented, and all of this was very noticeable. So I went in the store and tried to exchange it for a different one on the shelf, and of course, all of them on the shelves were in just as terrible shape. I’m not sure why anybody would have even picked it up off the shelf and bagged it to complete my order. I’m so glad I checked it before I got home. So I probably won’t be using curbside anymore, since they take such a little time to care about what they’re bagging up and Michael’s craft store had these boxes, much more substantial, completely wrapped and many colors with no chips, no dents and similar price.

Worst flag frame ever
This is hands down the worst flag box ive ever had the misfortune to open. The inner construction is all one piece leaving the glass on the front completely unattached. The cardboard is brittle and cheap. I feel sorry for any family member of a veteran who has the added stress of dealing with substandard framing for their flag. It wasnt worth the price at 50% off. DO NOT buy this if you are not experienced with framing.
