I purchased the 9&quot; bamboo in every size, and they are without exception the best knitting needle I have ever used. I knit different than most, holding the yarn in the left hand and using the right needle to do all the work. Very efficient and fast for me. However, I knit even faster now, doing 36 stitches in 42 to 60 seconds depending on the stitch. The needles are smooth, warm to the touch, light weight, with execellent points that don't split the yarn and seem to find the stitch effortlessly. Each stitch is of the same tension, size, etc. I'm defininately impressed, quite a feat, considering my knitting experience.</span> <div class="bvseo-pubdate">Date published: 2007-04-06</div> <meta itemprop="datePublished" content="2007-04-06" /> </div> <div class="bvseo-review" itemprop="review" itemscope itemtype="http://schema.org/Review" data-reviewid="16365507"> <meta itemprop="itemReviewed" content="Clover Bamboo Single Point Knitting Needles 9&quot;-Size 3" /> <span itemprop="reviewRating" itemscope itemtype="http://schema.org/Rating"> Rated <span itemprop="ratingValue">5</span> out of <span itemprop="bestRating">5</span> </span> by <span itemprop="author">KMS</span> from <span itemprop="name">The most amazing needles EVER</span> <span itemprop="description">I bought these needles 2 years ago on Black Friday when they were deeply discounted. my only regret is not getting the COMPLETE line of single pointed, double and circular needles when they were discounted. Yes they are that good. you will want/need these in every size they make. part of what makes these so good is a very slight snag on the yarn that keeps the yarn from slipping off the needles. this is particularly amazing in the double pointed clover bamboo needles or for doing complex patterns. another part is that they are amazingly light-weight and strong so you can knit longer. However, these are no good for &quot;speed knitting&quot;. I dont mind the slight slow-down if you do: get these to in addition to your speed needles.</span> <div class="bvseo-pubdate">Date published: 2006-08-23</div> <meta itemprop="datePublished" content="2006-08-23" /> </div> <div class="bvseo-review" itemprop="review" itemscope itemtype="http://schema.org/Review" data-reviewid="16365515"> <meta itemprop="itemReviewed" content="Clover Bamboo Single Point Knitting Needles 9&quot;-Size 3" /> <span itemprop="reviewRating" itemscope itemtype="http://schema.org/Rating"> Rated <span itemprop="ratingValue">5</span> out of <span itemprop="bestRating">5</span> </span> by <span itemprop="author">Anonymous</span> from <span itemprop="name">Best needle ever</span> <span itemprop="description">I absolutely LOVE these needles. I can work quickly without dropping stitches and can easily put the work down without worrying that all my stitches will slip off. I have tried several bamboo needles and none of them even compare to this one. I just wish they were a tad cheaper so I could afford to get the entire set.</span> <div class="bvseo-pubdate">Date published: 2007-12-16</div> <meta itemprop="datePublished" content="2007-12-16" /> </div> <div class="bvseo-review" itemprop="review" itemscope itemtype="http://schema.org/Review" data-reviewid="16365509"> <meta itemprop="itemReviewed" content="Clover Bamboo Single Point Knitting Needles 9&quot;-Size 3" /> <span itemprop="reviewRating" itemscope itemtype="http://schema.org/Rating"> Rated <span itemprop="ratingValue">5</span> out of <span itemprop="bestRating">5</span> </span> by <span itemprop="author">Em</span> from <span itemprop="name">I LOVE these needles!!</span> <span itemprop="description">I used Clover bamboo needles in size 5 to make a teddy bear for my niece, using Caron Simply Soft yarn. I finished the entire thing in a day, I just couldn't stop knitting. The needles are incredibly light and reliable, and look so professional. If they didn't cost more than the alumininum needles, I'd buy the whole set. One thing, though: If you're making a last minute gift or have very tight stitches, I recommend having metal or aluminum on hand, so the stitches slide easier and faster.</span> <div class="bvseo-pubdate">Date published: 2006-09-04</div> <meta itemprop="datePublished" content="2006-09-04" /> </div> <div class="bvseo-review" itemprop="review" itemscope itemtype="http://schema.org/Review" data-reviewid="16365495"> <meta itemprop="itemReviewed" content="Clover Bamboo Single Point Knitting Needles 9&quot;-Size 3" /> <span itemprop="reviewRating" itemscope itemtype="http://schema.org/Rating"> Rated <span itemprop="ratingValue">5</span> out of <span itemprop="bestRating">5</span> </span> by <span itemprop="author">Denise C.</span> from <span itemprop="name">Great For Beginners</span> <span itemprop="description">I am an avid crochet artist and have just started taking up knitting to add to my collection. I had been working with aluminum needles which I found that the stitches slipped off too easily. So, I purchased a size 15 (short length) Bamboo Needles from the Clover line and I love them. They are easy on my hands, easy to handle and the stitches do not come off as easily. I would recommend these needles to anyone who is a beginner or just like the luxury of wooden needles. Being wood/bamboo, they are easy on my hands, and the shorter length is ideal for what I use them for - knitting leprosy/tropical sore bandages with #10 crochet cotton. The bandages are only 3&quot;-4&quot; wide, so a 14&quot; needle is overkill. The tips on these needles are slightly rounded, and are great for catching the very slender thread.</span> <div class="bvseo-pubdate">Date published: 2005-07-21</div> <meta itemprop="datePublished" content="2005-07-21" /> </div> <div class="bvseo-review" itemprop="review" itemscope itemtype="http://schema.org/Review" data-reviewid="16365493"> <meta itemprop="itemReviewed" content="Clover Bamboo Single Point Knitting Needles 9&quot;-Size 3" /> <span itemprop="reviewRating" itemscope itemtype="http://schema.org/Rating"> Rated <span itemprop="ratingValue">3</span> out of <span itemprop="bestRating">5</span> </span> by <span itemprop="author">Jeanette</span> from <span itemprop="name">bamboo needles</span> <span itemprop="description">I had purchased these in size 13 when I was doing my scarves this winter and loved them.
