Good enough for what it actually is
Because of the name and the way it was packaged to prevent feeling the handle, I thought this would have a similar rubber handle to other ergonomic hooks. This handle is NOT in any way “soft”, it is a hard plastic resin. It has a seam running the length and bottom that is painful to have rub against the palm, I had to sand it smooth. It does have one small patch of rubber, but it only provides grip, it does not soften how the handle feels.
For a plastic Hook, this is nice enough after a little sanding, but if you expect something similar to Boye Ergonomic handles or Clover Amour, you will be disappointed.

Stopped my hands from cramping!
I started crocheting with aluminum hooks and my hands would cramp up. I wanted to try a better hook to see if that was the problem. I bought this Clover hook, and my hands stopped cramping up! This hook is very comfortable and super awesome to crochet with. I will definitely come back for different sizes as the need arises.

Best ever crochet hooks!
These are in my option the absolute best crochet hooks ever! They’re easy on the wrist and hands if you have arthritis or carpel tunnel. I can no longer use the steel hooks because of painful fingers. But with these hooks I am able to crochet everyday pain free.

1. Great for hands that have aging joints.
2. Easy to hold compared to a regular crochet hook.

Easy on the hands
I bought 2 last week because the reviews were pretty good. I am impressed by the way they have made my hands hurt less. I have long hands so most hooks aren't easy to hold. They also work well with the yarn. They aren't deep but do grab the yarn well. Will be buying more.
