Color Swirl Mini Brownies

SUPPLIES & TOOLS:

• Mega Mini Muffin Pan
• Color Swirl 3-Color Coupler
• Color Right Color Performance System
• Decorating bags
• Extra large round tip 1A
• Cooling grid
• Ready-to-Use White Decorator Icing (3-1/2 cups needed)
• Favorite brownie mix or recipe (about 9 cups needed)

Color Right base colors and QuickCount formulas to tint icing in the following ultra-concentrated shades:
• Spring Green: 1/4 cup white icing + 3 B + 15 Y
• Summer Blue: 1/4 cup white icing + 1 BK + 40 B
• Mix 2 tablespoons ultra-concentrated color to 1 cup of icing

DIRECTIONS:

1. Bake and cool brownies in the mega mini muffin pan according to recipe, using 1 tablespoon of batter per cavity.
2. Tint icing according to formulas above.
3. Prepare 3-Color Coupler with tip 1A and tinted icings; pipe pull-up dot on brownies.
