It puckers a little like crinkle crepe when you preshrink it. It can be ironed out or used that way. I plan to make a dress with mine and am going to leave the wrinkles in.

Beautiful fabric
I decided to buy this fabric when I saw the dress that 'Alex' posted. The fabric deserves the good reviews. However, it does have a very bad smell. I had to leave it in plastic, inside the shipping box, until I had a chance to wash it. I machine dried it (very little shrinkage) and it developed a really interesting texture, love it. Not sure why someone questioned the fiber content. It is not quilt cotton, but it is definitely cotton.

Soft summer fabric
This fabric is so soft and drapes beautifully in the skirt I made. I used my serger on the edges, but whatever you use, you need to make sure it doesn't ravel out.

Pretty, but...
The fabric is lovely, but when it arrived it smelled terrible. It also frays very easily, so depending on what you're using it for, it may be a bit difficult to work with.

Airtex Pillows Made With This Fabric
I used this fabric along with the Airtex shredded foam to make two standard pillows and a neck pillow. Wasn't sure if it would be comfortable, but we are using them instead of our former pillows and love them! One has more foam to preference, mine has a bit less. We tried them overnight with the turning opening basted and adjusted the foam accordingly the next morning.
