DIRECTIONS:

1. Cover is removable for washing.
2. Use the claw end of a hammer to remove top three slats from one long side of crate. Fill staple holes left from slats with wood filler. Let set. Slightly round all corners and edges of crate with sander. Sand to remove excess wood filler. Set aside.
3. Cut 5" foam 3/4" smaller than inside W & D of crate. For crate in supply list cut 5" foam to 11 3/4" x 16". Mark foam with a marking pen. Cut using Band Saw or Electric knife. Set aside.

• Top & Bottom are two pieces at 17" x 12 3/4"
• Front is one piece at 6" x 17"
• Sides are two pieces at 6" x 10 3/4"
• Back is two pieces at 5" x 24"
• Back will be two panels connected by Velcro.

1. Zig zag stitch short ends to prevent fray. Fold short ends back 1/2", press, topstitch. Fold one long edge back 1/2" then back again 1" to encase raw edge. Press and baste to hold folds. Repeat. Center Velcro over 1" fold, one side of Velcro on RS of fabric on one back panel. Other side of Velcro over 1" fold on WS of second back panel. Sew Velcro close to edges. Connect Velcro to create one back panel 6" H x 24" L.
2. Sew all sides together to form a loop. RST match short end corners of front with short end corners of side. Sew 1/2" SA. Press seam to side. Topstitch. Repeat. Lay back RSU. Place side panel RSU and overlap short end over back by 3/4". Topstitch together. Repeat.
3. Sides to top and bottom. RST match center of top to center of front. 17" edge of top to long edge of front. Sew 1/2" SA starting and stopping at side seams. Cut toward seam to turn corner. RST match center of top to center of back. Do not twist side loop. Sew 1/2" SA starting and stopping 1/2" from corners. Cut into SA same as front to turn corners. Match centers of sides with center of top. Sew 1/2" SA. Clip corners. Zig zag stitch all raw edges to prevent fray. Repeat for bottom to sides.
4. TRSO through Velcro opening. Push out corners with chopstick or dowel. Press seams. Insert Cushion Foam into case hand pressing seams to sides. Overlap Velcro to close.

1. Cut one piece of fabric 15" H x 34" W with pattern centered.
2. Fold 15" edge back 1/2" then back again 1/2" to encase raw edge.
3. Press & topstitch.
4. Lay fabric RSU on cutting board.
5. Fold short ends back 9" to overlap for final W 14".
6. Sew 1/2" SA on top and bottom.
7. Clip corners.
8. Zig zag stitch raw edges to prevent fray.
9. TRSO. Push out corners with chopstick or dowel.
10. Press seams.
11. Insert pillow form through envelope back.

1. Cut two 10 1/2" circles from flannel.
2. Zig zag stitch edges to prevent fray.
3. Find center tops of circles if directional pattern fabric.
4. Place fabric RST matching top centers.
5. Sew 1/4" SA leaving 2 1/2" open to turn.
6. Turn opening edges back to match curve of seam.
7. Press.
8. TRSO. Push seam out with chopstick or dowel.
9. Press.
10. Fill with Fiber Fill.
11. Hand stitch opening closed.

1. Cut one rectangle 12 1/2" x 16" centering pattern of fabric.
2. Zig zag stitch edges to prevent fray.
3. RST fold to 8 1/4" x 12 1/2".
4. Sew 1/4" SA leaving 2 1/2" open, on long side, to turn.
5. Clip corners.
6. TRSO. Push seams out with chopstick or dowel.
7. Turn in opening to match seam.
8. Press.
9. Fill with Fiber Fill.
10. Hand stitch opening closed.
