Red Clay
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product was fun to play with, but the color gets everywhere. We did find that we were able to get it out of most things using dawn, power wash and scrubbing, but it really is something to use wearing gloves. I feel like this would be better in a set where you are given a couple of different colors, and can create or build certain specific things like a set that you can create a clay volcano where it has grey, red and yellow. This product is more of a serious hobby type art rather than kids fun art. What I mean by that is it’s kind of a cool way to keep older kids interested in Crayola even though it is classic and timeless. I feel like it is something that would be fun for Kids ages 6-14.
Commitment and knowing what to make or create was hard without being able to mold it in your hands first to think of an idea like play dough or the model magic. Maybe including a scoop or something to get it out. It gets under the finger nails and all over trying to get it out of the container. Also the container lid was hard to get off.

Easy to Mold
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The clay was soft when opened and brought red in color. My son (6) tried playing with it more like play dough, which worked ok. It left a lot of red color on the table and his hands but easily cleaned up with a wipe. Didn't take too long to dry and was a lighter color once dried.

A fun new medium to create with!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So we also had the yellow clay and learned fast it stuck to everything. This time I had my 5 year old daughter play with it on parchment paper. So much better- it didn’t stick to it at all! The red was more like pink and did not leave her hands stained. Washed off very easy with some Dawn soap.
