Great fun but no refill kits is DISAPPOINTING
We ABSOLUTELY LOVED this kit and the butterfly one SO much. It came with the perfect materials, was easy for the kids to use (ages 3 and 5) and was a lot of fun. Still recommend to do because it is so different as an activity.
HOWEVER, we just wished that there was a refill kit available for these items because we still have all the plastic pots, butterflies and even the dye bottles left over. The coffee filter idea suggested in another review as a response was definitely below the standard of what I would expect from Crayola.

Butterfly kit
My granddaughters had a kit similar to this but it was flowers. I knew when I saw the butterflies that they would really enjoy it! It was easy for the younger ones to do and the older granddaughter liked to experiment with the color chart and mixing the colors.

It was a very fun project for my daughter and niece. They had fun dying the butterflies all different combinations of color. I would say a great beginners craft project for sure.
