Great Product!

Not easy
There needs to be better instructions. I am an adult and do crafts all the time. I found it very difficult to understand the process. Thank goodness for the you tube video!

My daughter loved it!

Easy to use!

This kit made it easy to learn the basic concept of knitting so maybe I can tackle other knitting projects. The colors were fun and my daughter was excited to have a new hat! She is very excited to help me made the cup cozy as she is also getting into arts and crafts. This is definitely a great place to start and learn.

Great product to introduce Knitting to any kid
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is used by my 10yrs old nephew, in her words "I LOVE this so much". She was thrilled to do her first knitting project :). It gave her a real sense of accomplishment and kept her busy. More important it kept her away from electronics. The one I got knits in a circle, hence it's appropriate to make a hat (or) purse.
Based on what I observed she loves this as it's less frustrating and was self-sufficient in what she is doing. This is an amazing product to introduce knitting and teaching the craft to any Kid. My Nephew loves it & said she is going to continue using it. If you are gifting this to a younger child, it's better to be supervised by an adult as the hook could be an injury risk for smaller children. The package suggests this for 7 or older kids & in my opinion they would be perfectly fine handling these.
The accomplishment and independence a kid would gain from this product would leave a great impact.

Very nice hat
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Yay I did it, this was definitely a fun project and I'm glad I was able to finish it I'm a beginner at this so it did take me two tries and I also looked up a video this kit do come with clear, colored, photo instructions but for me I like to actually "see"it be done. But it came out absolutely beautifully my first hat that I did all by myself, i will be going to the craft store to get more yarn for more hats.

Fun Activity!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been a fun activity so far for my 8 year old daughter. She has fun knitting her own winter hat and thinks it’s relaxing. She works on it a little at a time while listening to music or before bed. At first she had a little difficulty getting the concept but with practice and the instructions help she caught on and loves it. It reminds me of finger knitting that I did as a child but on a round loom instead of your fingers. The kit comes with yarn to make a hat and a cup cozy. I love that this kit teaches her problem solving skills and lets her be creative.

Bought three of these kits for my Grandchildren (ages 3.5 through age 6) and we all enjoyed making fun things with the kits. Reminds me of one I had when I was a kid.
