NOTE: Project is designed for a medium vase.
This project scores and cuts shimmer paper and crepe paper to create a large paper flower arrangement.

    PREPARATION
    1. To alter the project, select Customize, then use the Edit panel to make changes.
    2. TIP: When cutting crepe paper, place the grain running the length of the mat.
    CUT
    1. Follow Design Space prompts to score and cut images, changing blades as necessary.
    ASSEMBLE
    1. Carefully remove cut materials from the mat to prevent tearing or stretching.
    2. Gently stretch the edges for the crepe paper flowers to achieve a realistic look. For those that curl around a ball, use your thumb to stretch the portion of the petal that will curve around the ball.
    3. Paint the yellow center of the dahlia flower and set aside to dry.
    4. Use the hot glue to add petals to the centers of the other flowers.
    5. Once the flowers are assembled, glue the floral wire to the base of the assembled flowers and use the floral tape to secure the wire to the flowers and the leaves.
    6. Use the score lines to fold the fans into shape. Secure the shape with hot glue.
    7. Arrange as desired.
