Unsafe product
Use this for the first time today and the blade popped right out (in lock position) and cut my finger. The blade seats but will not lock in. I tried far too many times to get the blade to lock in, but it is definitely defective. This is a serious problem due to it has a very sharp blade that can cause you to possibly need stitches or worse! I see other comments like this one. They are going to end up with a law suit is someone gets cut badly.

Blade falls out
I have bought two so far and the design is great and the blades are sharp however the first one I bought would not lock the blade in place so sent it back and replaced with a new one. The second one worked great for 2 different craft sessions and on the 3rd use, the blade would not lock in place.

Made the mistake of purchasing a multi pack. After. watching several videos i know that the blade is clicked in and turned to the lock setting but not a single blade stays in housing.

Great for frying pan sized hands
Nice sharp exacto type knife. Decent quality materials. And a nice secure locking cap. Also is a nice fit and thickness for my frying pan sized hands and is much more comfortable for me to cut with than many other of this type of knife has been.

Great tool
I use my TrueControl knife a lot, and love how it performs. I like the quick change feature, as putting a new blade in a traditional exacto knife can be frustrating. To change this blade you simply remove the old one and insert a new one, without touching either blade. Risk of cutting yourself is zero.
