Cricut Glow Hocus Pocus Pumpkin

SUPPLIES & TOOLS:

• 1 Funkin Pumpkin
• 1 Bottle of Glow in the dark paint
• 1 Paintbrush
• 1 Roll of adhesive Cricut vinyl
• 1 Can of black spray paint
• Cricut machine
• Hocus Pocus svg file

DIRECTIONS:

1. Place the Funkin pumpkin on a flat surface or table.
2. Paint the Funkin pumpkin with the glow in the dark paint on the front of the pumpkin where you are going to be placing the phrase. You will need to apply 4 coats of paint to the pumpkin. Let it dry overnight to cure.
3. Size your phrase to fit the front of the pumpkin.
4. Cut the phrase out of the adhesive vinyl. Using the transfer vinyl, place the phrase on the front of the pumpkin where you have the glow paint.
5. Lightly rub the letters on the front of the pumpkin.
6. Use the can of black spray paint and apply two coats to the entire pumpkin. Let it dry and then carefully remove the vinyl letters.

JOANN HACKS:

• Be careful when removing the vinyl letters, so not to peel off the base glow paint.
