I forgot to remove the clear plastic cover to keep the cardstock in place so I taped it down. After watching Jennifer Maker on YouTube, I learned what I did wrong and I've been making cards ever since. I love the fact that I can personalize a card for loved ones instead of buying one in the store.

Very disappointed with my purchase and will not make that mistake again. Tried contacting the company but noooooo response tells me all I need to know.
