Never. Received
I have a picture of my cricut sitting on someone else’s porch Joann will NOT. Refund me or even send me a new one I tried to dispute and it was denied I’ve been getting the run around from Joann and FedEx I have proof I didn’t receive it and nothing has been done about it I am out of my money and I don’t have what I paid for someone else has it I will never buy from Joann again !

Rubber Wheel Determination
The Cricut machine has a world wide defect with their rubber wheels that glide the mat in and out and Cricut knows about it but tries to make you feel like you did something wrong. I would not recommend this machine instead look into a Siser Juliet machine.

Huge Time Saver
Easy to use and has massively shortened my production time by cutting my fabrics for me. It takes a bit of time to set the patterns up, but it was well worth it!

Great! When it works
I love my Cricut Maker (when it works). However, the bands on the machine keep dislocating causing my mats to go in sideways, messing up my mats and causing a jam and a lot of wasted time trying to shimmy them back into place. I've had this issue with two Cricut Makers now. I was able to get the first one replaced since it was still under warranty. The second one is past the warranty; I am not sure I want to purchase a third one just to keep having the same issue happen over and over again. I've seen this issue happen to a few other people, but I cannot figure out why it's happening. I've been a Cricut user for 7+ years so I know it's not a user error. I didn't have this issue at all with my previous Cricut explorer Air so maybe it's just the Cricut Maker? I love the Cricut design program but I'm really thinking of switching over to another brand completely.

Great price for a great bundle!
This was a great deal! I've been wanting a Cricut for a while and this was a great time to get one, along with some starter accessories. Definitely a learning curve, but I love it so far.
