Rated 1 out of 5 by from Malfunction & No warranty I bought Cricut mug press after going through a handful of talented crafters videos. I was totally impressed by how easy Cricut had made for beginners like us to craft some DIYs. It worked perfectly on the 1st cricut blank mug, but after 2 days, the machine blinked red with unexplained error code...(troubleshoot on Cricut platform). This was just the beginning of my beginners panic mode...not only that I also bought a Cricut easy press mini...which didn't even work once; it just blinked a loud red error upon switching the device on. I had to source Cricut products from a 3rd party buyer because cricut does not accommodate my country Fiji for potential purchasing. When I contacted them for backup support, the 1st mediator promised a replacement provided I submitted a US Address. After doing so, to date, there is no feedback in regards to this issue. After 3 attempts to rectify any possible issues which I may not be doing correctly, with 3 ticket # I was told the devices do not carry a warranty for outside of USA usage. How was I supposed to know cricut would dispatch faulty machines to start with, for a universal trade such as crafting? Shouldn't they at least advise viewers while promoting any of their products... it's not meant for all craftters around the world. Or put up model numbers and comparison on their platforms and let the buyers decide which machine will work best in their country. I had a total run around for my monies worth. I currently have a maker 3 on hand, which only serves the purpose of basic crafting. I can design all I want on design space...but can I do anything productive out of the machine? I was better off with older metal die cut machines in comparison with maker 3 and its dollar value. Anyone within the defined region by Cricut should definitely go for it. I mean, I totally love what cricut Maker promised to do, but the back support for non designated countries is a nightmare. If anyone can recommend model numbers for international buyers for easy mini press, easy press, and mug press machine, I would appreciate your effort of stating so.
