The worst part about cricut is that we have iPads and iPhones and even a mac but i had to use my neighbors cheap laptop to get the mug press working. I mean…seriously. Why no Bluetooth ? Prior to repot I did watch many videos on infusible ink sheets & how to use the mug press. The i rial set up was east to do with the step by step instructions it comes with and at Cricut.ca. There are plenty of templates for the beginner to use!

It is a complete waste of money and customer service refuses the use of the warranty service they provide. Cricut, you are very wrong for taking peoples money and refusing to fix or replace your faulty product! Blinking Orange light ring a bell? They wouldn’t fix this issue. And that’s a total waste of my hard earned income.

I’ve sublimated glass tumblers and skinny sublimation tumblers. I’m hoping Cricut will have more sublimation drinkware in the near future. As for now, I have to buy sublimation bottles and glass tumblers/glass mugs online.
