Rated 1 out of 5 by from Wavy Blade Well I spoke to a very nice fellow today Jerome at the member care as this is the 2nd blade I have ordered and still is not cutting through any of my paper I have tried. I would doubt I could get 2 blades that don't work and I really think it is my machine as I have had problems since I took it out of the box. I just want to be able to use this machine one time and make a successful project. I haven't even started on vinyl yet as I wanted to get the hang of this machine first. I have wasted so much time and paper, I'm glad it wasn't the vinyl and I'm just very frustrated
