Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderfully soft; lovely drape! I bought this yarn in the gray/beige/green color combination to make a sweater. Once started, the color changes happened so quickly that the overall effect was camo. Not quite what I wanted to wear.....however, it was so soft, light weight yet warm that I decided to turn my sweater "start" into a camo afghan! The guys in my family will be fighting over this...no doubt! The yarn soft and easy to work with.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It’s okay I bought this for a specific project but the color changes are too close together so it didn’t look right for what I was making. I ended up using a different yarn. I’m not sure what I will use this for now.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointing and not what I expected. I had purchased this yarn for the purpose of making the Misty Sands afghan, I had seen a picture of it long ago and it was lovely-and on my list for years. I am a (high end) acrylic girl through and through, mind, as high end acrylic is so easy to work with, sturdy, has great stitch definition and is not itchy or fiddly. But this yarn was so tempting that I had to have it, and I have heard about how 'real' wool is so great to work with..and now I have to admit-I'm frustrated and disappointed. It sheds first of all, and I find that frankly unappealing and unattractive, it is darn near impossible to frog as it has the magical power of suddenly becoming velcro-like when crocheted strand to strand, and there is no real stitch definition due to the, well, wooliness and hairiness of it. I wanted to like it, I really did! But I don't. I will stick with acrylics only from now on. If you don't mind sheddy, fiddly fussy and messy looking yarn, then you are welcome to it. So disappointed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Soft and durable I have bought more than a dozen skeins of this yarn, and love it. I have crocheted a variety of scarves and shawls, and been happy with every result. The yarn is thinner than advertised, a light DK weight plus a halo. It is difficult to frog due to the halo but lovely to work with and finishes beautifully. My only complaint is that different colors/skeins are more or less soft.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful Yarn I ordered this yarn in blue for a lace wrap. It knit up beautifully. The yarn is easy to work with and I love the choice of colors. There is terrific yardage in each ball. I am very satisfied with this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Luscious and soft I used this to make a shawl and it was gorgeous, soft, lightweight and still warm. A pleasure to work with.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice yarn, very economical. I made a cable-knit cardigan from an old Vogue pattern. I used #10 needles and had no trouble with ripping out. I think it would not be as easy on smaller needles, as it clumps together. The color was turquoise and it is pretty bright, but I'm getting used to it.
