Detachable Pom Pom Collar

SUPPLIES & TOOLS:

• 1/2yd Main Fabric for Collar
• 1/2yd Interfacing
• 1" Pom Poms, 2
• Basic Sewing Supplies

DIRECTIONS:

1. Cut 2 collar patterns on fold of fabric.
2. Cut 1 collar from interfacing.
3. Fuse interfacing to one collar.
4. Cut two 1 1/2"x 24" for ties.
5. Fold ties in half lengthwise and press.
6. Fold ends into center and press.
7. Fold short ends in 1/2" and press.
8. Fold and press. Stitch along opening side close to edge.
9. Pin the ties to top front of collar 1/2" down from top.
10. Layer the collar with right sides together, stitch collar using 1/2" seam leaving an opening in back for turning.
11. Turn, press and stitch opening closed.
12. Attach pompoms to end of ties.
13. Tie bow in front of collar.
