Beginner 1-2 Hours

SUPPLIES & TOOLS:

  • 1 Photo frame, 8"x10"
  • 1 Sheet of cardstock or paper, 12"x12"
  • Quick Grip glue
  • 1 Bottle of ZIP Dry glue
  • X-acto knife
  • Metal straight edge ruler
  • Small plastic jars with lids
  • Assorted Buttons in 6 different colors
  • 1 Spool of black/white striped ribbon, 1" wide
  • Cutting surface
  • Pencil

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Remove backer, glass, cardboard and paper from frame. On the back of the cardboard, use Zip Dry glue to attach the paper to the cardboard. Let it dry.
  2. Insert the paper covered cardboard back into the frame. Place the glass and backer board back into the frame to keep it rigid.
  3. Take the plastic containers and glue a button on the center of each container. Let them dry. Using the Quick grip glue, attach the plastic button containers on the paper front of the frame.
  4. Cut a piece of ribbon 14" long. Attach the ribbon to the backside of the frame to create a decorative hanger for the frame.

CRAFT HACK TIPS & TRICKS:

  • Arrange the plastic containers before you glue them down.
  • Don't use too much glue, because it will seep out from behind the jars.
