DIY Donut Clutch

SUPPLIES & TOOLS:

  • Tulip fabric markers
  • Aleene's Fabric Fusion
  • Thick white fabric or repurposed purse
  • Straw clutch
  • Pink embroidery thread (optional)

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Take a scrap piece of paper as well as two bowls (one big, one small) and trace out a donut shape. Then cut out your donut shape. Test it out on your clutch to see if it's the right size & adjust accordingly.
  2. Once you have your donut shape, practice drawing sprinkles.
  3. Trace your paper donut onto your fabric and cut out the donut shape.
  4. Take your Tulip fabric markers and start drawing sprinkles, be sure to stay away from the edges.
  5. One you are done drawing your sprinkles, stitch around the edge of your donut with embroidery thread for a polished look. (Optional)
  6. Take your Aleene's Fabric Fusion and glue the fabric onto your clutch.
