    1. Click here for the DIY Felt Flower design and upload to your cutting machine software.
    2. Place HTV that you want to cut first on the cutting mat with the carrier side facing down, load mat into desktop cutter, mirror design, cut material, and remove from cutting mat. Repeat with remaining colors of HTV.
    3. Use scissors to cut the design from each HTV material to save any unused vinyl. Use your EasyWeeder tool to remove excess material and cavities from your design. You'll be left with just the mirrored design on the clear carrier sheets, which are slightly sticky.
    4. Install rotary blade into the cutting machine. Place felt that you want to cut first on the cutting mat, load mat into cutter, cut felt, and remove from cutting mat. Repeat for remaining colors of felt.
    5. Turn on EasyPress and set temperature to 335F.
    6. Place EasyWeed Electric designs onto their respective felt piece, cover with parchment paper or cover sheet, and heat apply with a quick tack (press for 1-3 seconds), then peel carrier hot.
    7. Increase EasyPress temperature to 355F and repeat Step 7 with Glitter HTV, centering the HTV in the middle of the felt rectangle.
    8. Fold the rectangle in half lengthwise. With scissors, cut half inch slits into the entire length of the HTV. There should be no cuts in exposed felt. With the rectangle piece still folded in half, roll the felt and hot glue at the end to create the center of your flower.
    9. Fold petal pieces into cones and secure in this shape with hot glue.
    10. Cut blackboard fabric to fit the size of your frame leaving an extra inch margin so you can glue the fabric to the back of the frame.
    11. In the center of the cut blackboard fabric, draw a 3-inch circle with a pencil. Glue the large petals around the drawn circle leaving room for smaller petals and center piece.
    12. Repeat the same process with smaller petals slightly in-set from the larger petals, gluing each into place.
    13. Glue center piece in the center of the petals forming a complete flower. Once dry, add a bead of glue along the outermost edge of the blackboard fabric and place empty frame on top of it to secure the fabric and flower to the frame.
