DIY Twine Lantern

SUPPLIES & TOOLS:

• Aleene's Repositionable Tacky Spray
• Aleene's Wood Glue
• Inflatable beach ball
• Paintbrush
• Twine
• Hanging lightbulbs

DIRECTIONS:

For best results, please read all instructions before beginning project. Refer to photo for color and design placement.

1. Inflate the beach ball (this becomes the shape of your lantern). Once the ball is inflated, take the Tacky Spray and spray it all around the ball.
2. Start wrapping twine around the ball (there's no specific way to do this, so wrap it however you like).
3. Next, brush the wood glue over the twine. This will keep the shape in place. Wait 24 hours for the glue to dry completely.
4. Once the glue is dry, the twine should stay in the shape of the sphere. Now deflate the ball and pull it from the twine.
5. Place the light inside the sphere and hang it.
