Broke within a year
I bought this last January and finished making my overalls around last March. I have been wearing them and washing them consistently since then... until this past December when the metal pieces at the end of the buckle were breaking. The small metal piece attaching that to the larger buckle bend out of shape and made the buckle keep coming undone. I fixed that one piece as best I could. As I had been doing, I put my overalls in the wash. By the time it got washed and dried, the broken metal piece had come fully off and ripped a humongous hole into my overalls. I was devastated. Later, when I put the overalls back on to get a feel for the size of the hole, the other metal piece at the end of the buckle broke off too. Its really disappointing.
