Bake your Bird with Dritz Cheesecloth
great buy- got 3 times more than what i would normally buy for the same price!!
I use this on top of my turkey which had a garlic herbed butter on top & under the skin. I melt 1 stick of butter & add 1-2 bottles of chardonnay- heat until butter is melted- soak the cheesecloth- Bake first 30 minutes on 500, then lower heat to 325-350. & baste every half hour with wine & butter, turning bird halfway each time you baste.
So delicious and moist !

Multi purpose DRITZ CHEESECLOTH
I BUY THE LARGEST PACKAGE OF DRITZ CHEESECLOTH AVAILABLE. My Italian grandmother, who was 105 when she passed, was so innovative in the kitchen, and in my 80 years, have remembered many of her cooking tips with cheesecloth. I use it to wrap chicken bones and carcass for making bone broth, with all the confidence the bones will not penetrate the cheesecloth, and get into the broth, thus relieving the potential of a bone choking anyone when I use the broth for recipes. I always wrap the discards of a rotisserie chicken in Dritz Cheesecloth and place in plastic bag in freezer until ready to cook down the bones for broth. It is also great for Steeping tea leaves, draining jellies, jams and fresh juices from fruits, or steeping spices for a special recipe, and I especially, Use cheesecloth, for my many craft projects, using a fabric, stiffening product , especially around Halloween making those scary ghosts with billowing gowns, and I also use it for my paintings for a dimensional effect. Dritz Cheesecloth easily conforms to a myriad of forms when wet, keeps it's shape and does not 'shed'.... but there are so many craft uses, it's difficult to remember all I have used Dritz Cheesecloth for. As a seamstress, I frequent Jo-Ann's Stores and it is the only place I know of who carries Dritz Cheesecloth. There are other cheesecloth products out there, but the Dritz brand is the best for my purposes. An invaluable product, for its durability, function and quality, I would recommend Dritz Cheesecloth to any good cook, or to one who likes crafting, or painting.
