Works as described - great for zippers!
Adhesive strips are great to keep zippers in place for sewing. The adhesive is a little thicker than a product I used a couple years ago (and can’t find now). No difference in the application. I always keep this product in my sewing basket.

Lacks tack!
I purchased since I was sewing up a bag with multiple zippered pockets. Of course, no one likes to sew zippers, so I searched online for recommendations on tips to sew zippers (especially making sure the binding is even with the teeth). I saw multiple recommendations for Wonder Tape, so I thought I'd give it a try. I don't know if I purchased a very old one, but there was very little tack to it. I first thought that it was the fact that I was using outdoor fabric, so I tried it just on the zipper- it just doesn't stick enough to warrant the money I spent on this. Maybe I'll have better luck with it on cotton.

Wash Way Wonder Tape by Dritz Quilting,
This is the #1 quilting item I can not live with out. Wash away double sided tape. I use it in so many other ways. It helps me be more accurate in placing items in my quilting, home de-Core. It's the # 1 item I use coupons for. Pit it on, place / fold my fabric right where I need it, you can iron it if you want, but you don't have to. or just finger press and sew and it washes out. This produce would be great addition to a new sewer.

Wonder Tape describes it best
I bought this tape on the advise of another sewer on one of the forums and it is everything she promised. I can now put in the best zipper ever but the real "wonder" of this tape is how easy it makes matching plaids. It has a good, firm sticky surface and it really does sew without any gummy left behind on the needle. The adhesive washes out when you are ready. I will always have a roll in my sewing supplies. Love it!
