1/4 inch Rug Pad
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pad worked out perfectly for me. We have a space in our mudroom that needed some padding under the area rug and this was the perfect fit. We didn't have to cut it down or anything. We laid it down and put the area rug on top and I could tell the difference in the room right away. It felt warmer and so much more comfortable top walk on. Easy to vacuum and take care of. Love it.

Decent pad
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mohawk Home - Dual Surface Rug Pad 1/4 Inch is a decent pad for throw rugs. For us in our home with our floors it seemed to be a bit slippery when the kids or the dog were playing on it and we had a lot of times we had to reposition the rug. Other than that it is very comfortable to walk on. No problem with durability and it seems to be put together very well.

Feels nice...smells weird
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pad feels nice under our rug. It fits nicely and makes the rug feel secure, as in no slippage. The only down fall is it has a strong chemical smell. We had to place it out in the garage for a few days before moving it in the house.

awesome rug pad!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used rug pads in the past but never one like Mohawk Home - Dual Surface Rug Pad 1/4 Inch. I cut in half to use half of it under the rog by my kitchen sink and what a difference it made. It was so much easier on my feet and legs standing on the extra 1/.4 padding! The same with the section I put by my stove beneath the rug I have there... LOVE IT! Only wish I had know about this type of padding sooner!!!

Fit perfectly kept rug from moving.

This worked great just was a little trimming that need to be done, and it fit perfectly! I would recommend this to anyone who has a rug that slides around on the tile floor.

With this pad under my area rug in the living room added that extra padding my grandkids love to lay on the rug. It's super easy to install. Just measure the rug then cut the padding to the desired length. No need to add anything else no glue, nails or staples required.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Duel Surface Rug Pad1/4 inch is a very nice rug pad to put under a rug. It helps so the rug will not slip. The padding helps prevent wear and tear of the rug as well. The pad can be trimmed down, but it was a little hard and took some effort.

OMG! Why did I wait so long?!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have area rugs all over my house, many of which are on my hardwood and tiled floors. They bring great aesthetic appeal to my home but often slide out of place, are uncomfortable to stand on and cause scratches to the underlying floor. This dual surface rug pad by Mohawk Homes helps eliminate all those problems. You can cut it to fit any size rug perfectly and the dual surface design is good for both hard and soft surfaces. The ¼" padding, made with recycled fibers, provides phenomenal cushioning for you feet and protects the pile from being crushed by your furniture. My favorite aspect of this rug pad is the rubber side of the pad, which helps keep the rugs in place and prevents any scratches to my hardwood floors. I would highly recommend this product to anyone with area rugs in their home!

Excellent on hardwood floors
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great pad for hardwood floors. We actually used it for two rugs and it works great on both. The material is sturdy and has some "give" to it, which makes walking on the rugs an unnoticeable exercise. The pad holds securely to the floor, which is helpful for us as we have dogs who run around all day and the rugs stay in place. The material appears to be of high quality and so far exhibits solid durability. An excellent value.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Mohawk Premium dual surface rug pad is perfect for my small oriental carpets because until i found it i coudlnt keep my rugs from sliding around on my hardwood floor no matter what kind of pad i put under them. I tried this rug pad and problem solved! plus it gives my carpets a nice padded feel when i walk on them. its thick felt on one side and a rubber mat on the other so my accent rugs stay put finally! even when i vacuum them they dont move around and get out of place or let the pad show. I can easily trim it to just the right size and it hasnt damaged my floor at all. I wish i had tried this rug pad years ago!!!!

Best ever!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rug pad is thick, it is plush enough to make any rug feel cushion-y. Our little one has started crawling now and with wooden floors it’s hard to keep the rugs from sliding l. This rug pad has come to the rescue and works very well in keeping the rugs frok sliding even in high traffic areas liie living room and kid’s room. One suggestion is to use very sharp fabric scissors for cutting the pad.

Soft and Squishy!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have hardwood floors throughout our house, which I love because they are easier to keep clean, but I hate that they are so hard when walking around barefoot. I added some area rugs to the living room and playroom, but they only provided minimal relief from the hard flooring. I had been looking for solutions to this problem when I stumbled upon this rug pad.
This has changed the game in my house! No more sore feet from walking around barefoot (at least on the rugs)! This pad was very easy to install, simply remove the old rug, add this where your rug goes, then put it back on top! It provides a lot more squish than expected and it has stayed put without any issues! Would definitely recommend this product!

Works great for my Persian rug on LVP flooring
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rug pad is just perfect! I have LVP flooring in my living room on which I added a Persian rug a year ago. Even with a somewhat heavy coffee table on it, the rug nudges around on the floor as people step on and off it. Not only does this rug pad fix that problem, it has also added a nice and subtle cushioned feel to the rug. Couldn't be happier with it!

Works great in our entryway!

Perfect under my hooked area rug
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great rug pad, so much better than the waffle like rug pads that leave waffle marks on wood floors. I was able to cut this to size and now my rug will last longer, anyway, that's what I understand rug pads will do. I used an electric cutter to cut it, but I think utility scissors would work okay too. Very nice quality.

The mat was as thick with no signs of poor manufacturing or damage looked great..
Easy to put in place and the rug over lapped it such that no trimming was required.
The rug is textured and thick so I couldn't feel any difference with the mat..
The first day and second day the mat expanded such that it did feel softer the
next day and still after a month soft as day 1. I highly recommend.

Keeps area rugs from shifting

Before it used to move around the room constantly. The rug pad also adds a nice cushiony feel under the rug. This is a great product and I want to get more for every area rug in my house.

Exactly what I've needed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so happy with this Mohawk Home - Dual Surface Rug Pad. I have a large rug but it is on carpet and has had issues with slipping and developing wrinkles that are difficult to work out. This rug pad has solved these problems for me. It grips enough to keep the rug in place and provides it with support which has stopped the wrinkling.
The pad itself is really good quality. The materials are heavy and high quality but the overall weight is light enough to work with so you can adjust the placement without a lot of trouble. It is flexible and has plenty of body to it.
This pad is such good quality and is working so well that I will be buying another one for a rug I have in another room.

It helps keep the rug in place and not slip. The other side is made for slicker surfaces such as hardwood floors. It's a must have for any area rug you have. It doesn't show either under the rug.

Great rug mat!

Not only does it have a not slip bottom, but there is a 1/4" padded top that gives even the thinnest rug a comfortable thick surface underfoot. Rug does not move and what a relief to my feet! Great product.

Durable, stops in place
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rug is not only stylish but durable too as it will stay in place when it lays out on the ground. Of course level tile can make it hard but you can flip to either side. If one side gets too dirty, flip it for another look
